The practice of Zero Balancing (ZB) is growing in New Hampshire! Sarah-Elizabeth Anderson, MA, LMT, CZB, ZB Faculty is pleased to be offering Zero Balancing (ZB) classes in Concord, NH.
Sarah-Elizabeth Anderson, MA, LMT, CZB, & ZB faculty has a private Massage Therapy and ZB practice near downtown Concord, NH. Her first ZB session in August 2016, after some major life changes, released half of the tension in her body. She knew then ZB was something to offer her clients. By the spring of 2018 Sarah-Elizabeth was a Certified Zero Balancing Practitioner.
During the pandemic, Sarah-Elizabeth decided to join the ZBHA Faculty, graduating from the program in March 2022. She has been teaching ZB Core I and ZB Core II classes since June of that year. She looks forward to sharing her love and knowledge of Zero Balancing with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Licensed Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Estheticians and other professional touch practitioners across New Hampshire. She is a leader of the Dances of Universal Peace, enjoys swimming, the ocean, skiing and playing in garden.
Zero Balancing I is the first of four classes in the ZB certification program. We learn the principles and protocol of ZB through lecture and hands on experience. By the end of this class you will be able to offer your clients a 20-30 minute ZB session.
Zero Balancing II is the second required class in the ZB certification program. We will review the ZB protocol you learned in ZB Core I and learn additional fulcrums using our second hand to expand our understanding of the ZB protocol. By the end of the ZB Core II you will be able to offer your patients/clients the complete 30-45 minute ZB protocol. This class prepares you for Advance ZB classes, including “Freely Moveable Joints” and “Form and Fulcrums”.
