Zero Balancing (ZB) sessions – 60 minutes. ZB is the most effective practice I have encountered in my 25+ years of massage therapy practice. Zero Balancing will bring a grounded calm to your body and an over all sense of health and well-being. You will be fully clothed, on a warm massage table, laying on your back.

Zero Balancing and Massage sessions – 90 or 120 minutes. Beginning with Zero Balancing, the body/mind comes into a relaxed state. We follow this with massage therapy to treat specific musculoskeletal issues that you have indicated need attention. You will find your body in alignment, relaxed and grounded following your session.

Zero Balancing with a focus on the digestive organs – 60 minutes. The vagus nerve interconnects with all the organs in the belly. In treating the organs, anxiety levels are reduced and digestive issues improve.

Zero Balancing with a focus on the Neck and Skull – 60 minutes. Our skull protects our brain and sits atop the cervical spine. The weight of the head pulls on the neck as we live our lives at our desks, hunched over screens. Treating the cranial bones and neck together, this session relieves headaches, neck pain and upper back pain.

Zero Balancing with attention to the TMJ (Temporal Mandubular Joint) – 60 minutes. Muscles in and around the jaw connect across the cranium (skull), down the neck and into the shoulders. Treating TMJ with ZB includes working inside the mouth, with a gloved finger, to release tension held in the jaw and face.
